Columbus Collaboratory picks Central Ohio IT veteran as CEO

Columbus Collaboratory LLC named Matt Wald to run the organization. He has worked remotely from Columbus the past two years as vice president of corporate development for San Mateo, California-based IntelePeer Inc., where he evaluated potential acquisition targets and built business plans for new service lines. The Central Ohio native has been a founder, investor and board member for several Columbus-area technology companies. Read More

Wald named to lead tech developer Columbus Collaboratory

The Columbus Collaboratory has chosen Matt Wald as its new CEO. Wald most recently was the head of corporate development at IntelePeer, a Silicon Valley-area cloud-communications company. He takes over from interim CEO Brad Ashbrook, who has led the Columbus Collaboratory since the business-technology development company was formed in early 2014. Read More

Year in Review: Tech startups land big investments, Big Data goes big-time
